Your rainfly also doubles as a protective awning over the large D-shaped door. Thinking about ventilation? Under your detachable rainfly is a fully mesh screen roof, perfect for stargazing on those warm summer nights and keeping the bugs at bay. It has many built-in design features to help keep your tent as clean and as organized as you'd like. These include a mud mat at the entrance (keeping your tent clean of dirt and other debris), a gear loft with a tablet pocket (great for stowing away small items), a center loop at the top (perfect for hanging that lantern during the evenings), a wall hanging organizer with three separate compartments (perfect for all those small items you don't want to lose, such as phones, keys, glasses, etc.), an E-Port (easily run electricity into your tent for all your power needs), and also hook and loop cord organization (keeping cords tucked away and off of the floor). 1) What is the status of my order? You’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You’ll receive another email when your order ships. Delivery can typically be expected within 3-5 business days.
2) What if I want to cancel my order? Please send us an email to [email protected] requesting to cancel. If your order has not shipped from our distribution partners, we can request a cancellation, however, it is not guaranteed. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once you receive your item, you can take advantage of our easy returns/ exchange process. 4) Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to Continental US addresses only. Please note that special shipment rates may apply in cases where delivery destinations are in remote areas. As always, the cost of shipping will be calculated during the checkout process and will highlight the shipment cost that is applicable.
5) What delivery provider do you use? Our standard delivery service for the U.S. is FedEx, UPS, USPS.
6) How soon will I receive my order? -Continental US addresses: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. -Alaska and Hawaii addresses: 7-10 business days from the date of shipment.
