General inquiries.

1) I just sent an email. When can I expect a response?


We will always try and respond to your emails as soon as we can, but depending on volume, , you can generally expect a reply within 1 business day. Emails are responded to in the order they are received. Please refrain from sending any follow-up before that time, so that we may assist you in the most efficient manner possible.

 

 

2) What is the status of my order?

 

You’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You’ll receive another email when your order ships. Delivery can typically be expected within 3-5 business days.

 

 

3) What if I want to cancel my order?

 

Please send us an email to [email protected] requesting to cancel. If your order has not shipped from our distribution partners, we can request a cancellation, however, it is not guaranteed.  If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once you receive your item, you can take advantage of our easy returns/ exchange process. 4) What if I need to change my shipping address for an order I have submitted? ?

 

We’re not able to change shipping addresses after an order has been submitted. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us to cancel your order and place a new order with the new shipping address.

 

 

5) I returned my order, when will my refund be issued?

 

Our Returns Department typically takes up to 5-7 business days after receiving an item to issue you a refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued and your refund will typically be made through the same payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card) as the original purchase we made.

 

 

6) Is your website secure?

 

We take the protection of your personal information very seriously. You can look at our privacy policy for full information.  We do not store credit card details and only require basic personal information necessary to deliver your order.

 

 

7) Do you ship internationally?

 

We currently ship to Continental US addresses only.  Please note that special shipment rates may apply in cases where delivery destinations are in remote areas.  As always, the cost of shipping will be calculated during the checkout process and will highlight the shipment cost that is applicable.

 

 

8) What payment methods are accepted?

 

We accept US issued MasterCard, American Express, VISA credit cards, and Paypal, as methods of payment.

 

 

9) What if the item I ordered is out of stock? 

 

If an item becomes out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.  In such cases, we may also recommend alternative products that could readily replace your original request, however, you will be notified by email and you will always have to order the replacement we suggested separately.

 

 

10) Do you price match?

 

We do not match any advertised price on a comparable product. Appravo does not have a price protection policy on the items we sell. We are unable to issue price adjustments due to manufacturer price changes after the date of the original sale.
