Q1: How to charge the battery?
A1：The battery should be in clean, dry, ventilated, dark environment when not using. keep it after full charge, charge it every 2 ~3 months
Q2: How long will XMUND XD-PS10 power my device?
A2: Working time (estimate) = (568 Wh * 0.85) / operating power of your device. Please note that the actual working time may vary under different environments.
Q3: Can it charge and discharge at the same time?

Q4: What devices can be charged/powered by XMUND XD-PS10?
A4: First, please check the power rating of your electronics. For XD-PS10, the rated power is 600W, which means that when the total power from your devices exceeds 600W, the inverter will shut down.
1) What is the status of my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You’ll receive another email when your order ships. Delivery can typically be expected within 3-5 business days.
2) What if I want to cancel my order?
