All our bikes are designed with a lightweight aluminum frame, Panther electric bikes are specially designed to go off-road and hunting applications.

We can also offer the customized fat tire for better performance on softer terrain. It's designed for a front air suspension fork to smooth out the bumps. Tire could last for 3000 to 8000 miles.
The 14AH battery capacity extended the ride time. And of course, they have the name-brand mountain bike components (Shimano/Tektro).
The batteries are rated for 800-1000 charge cycles. One cycle is counted as charging the battery from 0 percent to 100 percent. Take good care of your battery and this means if you charge your bike twice a week on average, your battery should last you 4-5 years.
1) What is the status of my order? You’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You’ll receive another email when your order ships. Delivery can typically be expected within 3-5 business days.
2) What if I want to cancel my order? Please send us an email to [email protected] requesting to cancel. If your order has not shipped from our distribution partners, we can request a cancellation, however, it is not guaranteed. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once you receive your item, you can take advantage of our easy returns/ exchange process. 3) What payment methods are accepted? We accept US issued MasterCard, American Express, VISA credit cards, and Paypal, as methods of payment.
4) Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to Continental US addresses only. Please note that special shipment rates may apply in cases where delivery destinations are in remote areas. As always, the cost of shipping will be calculated during the checkout process and will highlight the shipment cost that is applicable.
5) What delivery provider do you use? Our standard delivery service for the U.S. is FedEx, UPS, USPS.
6) How soon will I receive my order? -Continental US addresses: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. -Alaska and Hawaii addresses: 7-10 business days from the date of shipment.

ReturnsWe want our customers to feel great about shopping at Appravo. With our 14-day return policy, you’llhave the time to make sure that your purchase was right for you. Returns in new factory sealed condition with original packaging and accessories are eligible to receive a refund. All other returns are to be examined and may be charged a restocking fee. In most cases, return shipping costs are the priority of the customer. If desired, we will send you a shipping label and take the charge from existing payment where possible.
