A: We will ship the goods within 48 hours after receiving your order, and upload the tracking number within 24 hours. The shipping time is generally 3-7 days.

This scooter comes with 12 month manufacturer warranty for the body and frame to give you extra peace of mind. Please keep the receipt of purchase to validate your claim. All returned products must be in good physical condition as broken or physically damaged parts will not be covered under warranty. All original accessories and packaging must be included with the return or the seller retains the rights to refuse such returns. After 30 days of purchase, any faulty parts will be replaced free of cost (besides the controller and battery) but buyer will have to pay the delivery fee and all claims to go directly to manufacturer as seller will no longer be liable. Note: The warranty only covers mechanical malfunctions of parts so if a part becomes faulty without any damage or misuse its covered by the warranty. Any damage caused by the user is not covered.
If you receive your item and it is faulty or damaged, then you can return it to us for repair, replacement or refund, so long as it is within 3 days. The buyer will have to send the item back to the maintenance point,the scooters will be assessed and appropriate action will be taken. Faulty items are very rare, however, if you do get an issue, we will help resolve it for you.
For faults after 30 days, please inform us of your issue and also attach images or a short video that demonstrates the problem. We will then liaise with the manufacturer and place you in touch with them in order to resolve your issue. The manufacturer provides a 12-month warranty.
If you choose to return your item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during posting. Therefore, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original box and packaging. Items returned without original packaging may be damaged in transit - the purchaser accepts all liability for any damage and loss of value incurred.
1) What is the status of my order? You’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You’ll receive another email when your order ships. Delivery can typically be expected within 3-5 business days.

If your order has not shipped from our distribution partners, we can request a cancellation, however, it is not guaranteed. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
